Vintage 1980s Black Straw Fascinator Hat With Birdcage Veil Silk Flowers

The most fantastic hat circa 1980s. Black straw oval fascinator style base with a thin elastic band to hold it on the head, and embellished with a black birdcage veil scattered with chenille dots and sequins, and enormous yellow silk millinery flowers. Label reads: Chapeau Creations, Ruth Kropveld. There is a grosgrain ribbon round the inside. Measures 21" round the inside.

Excellent vintage condition. I really cant find anything worth noting, maybe a tiny smudge or two on the flowers.
