Vintage 1980s Does 1900s Edwardian Style White Dress

Simply beautiful white Edwardian style dress circa 1980s or 1990s. Cotton and lace and ribbon with a V neck front and back. Zips up the back, short sleeves. It absolutely screams 1900s to 1910s inspired to me. No designer label.
Excellent vintage condition. No real issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 39"
Waist: 29"
Hip: free
Shoulder to waist: 15"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 53"
