Vintage 1980's Lisa II Floral Print Dress with Belt

Pretty vintage 1980s dress with a scattering of flowers on a darkest blue, nearly black background. Charming lace collar, 3/4 sleeves, pleated skirt and keyhole neckline in back. Label Reads: Lisa II and gives a size of 8 but do see the measurements below as vintage sizing differs from modern. Poly.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 42"
Waist: 36" ( the belts holes go from 26" to 30")
Hips: loose
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
