Vintage 1980s Multicolor Striped Dress with Belt

Charming vintage 1980s dress in white multicolor narrow stripes. Has a matching green belt and elastic waist. Short lightly puffed sleeves with a cute button cuff. Label reads: Sans Age. Looks and feels like a cotton blend but the contents tag is too faded for me to make out. Extra large I'd say but do see measurements.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 43"
Waist: 33" at rest up to 38" when stretched
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist: approx. 17"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
