Vintage 1980's Papell Too Red Silk Satin Secretary Dress

Charming 1980s dress in red silk satin. Has shoulder pads, great pleats and buttons up the front. Label Reads: Papell Too, 100% silk, size 8, but do see measurements below. Unlined. There are thread loops for a belt.

Near mint vintage condition. No holes, tears or stains.

Measurements when lying flat pulled taut. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 47"
Waist: 32"
Hips: 47"
Shoulder to waist: 16.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 42.5"
