Vintage 1980s Plaid Tartan Blouse

Darling vintage 1980s blouse in a teal and orange plaid tartan. Buttons down the front with sweet pockets and rounded collar.  Looks and feels like cotton.  Label reads: Just Class. Small size I'd say but do see measurements below. 

Excellent vintage condition. There is a fingernail paring sized hole at one shoulder, see photo.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist
Armpit to armpit across bust: 37"
Waist: 34"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 22" a bit shorter on the sides
