Vintage 1980s White Shirt with Ruffle Collar

Sweet vintage late 1980s possibly 1990s white blouse. Has buttons at the top of the back, lightly puffed shoulders, and a frilled mockneck collar. Label reads: Alicia and gives a size of 8. Polyester.

Excellent vintage condition. There are a few pin dots on a sleeve, see photo. And I spotted one near a shoulder.

Measurements when lying flat.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 40"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23"
