Vintage 1990s Black Garter Belt

Sleep black garter belt from the 90s. Buckles round the hips/waist with four garters all round. Length of garters is adjustable Its not an elastic but the fabric does have some mild give to it, perhaps a thick nylon, or something with elastic in it? There is no label but there is a tiny tag that says 42, so I imagine thats the size. Measurements below though.

Excellent vintage condition. No issues to report.

Waist: 36" to 42"

Garters: 11" to 21" and they have stretch as well.
