Vintage 1990s Black Knee Length Culottes with Pockets

Amazing black culotte pants circa the 1990s. These are so wide and so pleated that they really look like a skirt. Especially in the front. Two buttons at the side at the waist, elastic in back. Pockets at both hips and tons of broomstick pleating. Label reads: Norton McNaughton. Says size 8, but do check the measurements below. Rayon acetate blend.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 27\" at rest up to 32\" stretched
Hip: free
Waist to bottom hem: 26\"
