Find your inner Stevie Nicks with this gorgeous 1990s black lace wrap. Sheer soft black tulle is the base, while sequins and stitching form a vaguely floral pattern, while fringe drips from the ends. Scalloped edges along the sides.  Measures about 25" at the widest by 84" long including the fringe.. No label. 
Excellent vintage condition overall. I found a pea sized hole in the tulle, see photo. There may be a few sequins missing, its really hard to tell as the placement is not easy to define.
