Vintage 1990s Black Pleated A Line Skirt with Pockets

Classic black skirt circa the 1990s. Has two hip pockets and and wonderful box pleats in front. Somewhat A line shape with a high waist. Zipper and button closure. Poly Rayon blend. Tag says size 14 but do see measurements below as vintage sizing is different. Label reads: Requirements.

Excellent vintage condition. No real issues to note.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 30" at rest up to 33" stretched ( Theres a bit of elastic at the waist in back)
Hip: 48"
Waist to bottom hem: 32"
