Vintage 1990s Red and White Country Floral Maxi Dress

Pretty maxi dress circa the 1990s with a scattering of tiny white country flowers on a red background. Buttons all the way up the front and has criss cross details in back. Label Reads: Rampage. The contents and size tag is far too faded to make out unfortunately but it feels like a blend, maybe a cotton and rayon or similar? Measurements are below, but its probably in the range

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 41"
Waist: 32"
Hips: free
Shoulder to Waist: approx. 16.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 51"
