Gorgeous vintage 1990s black burnout velvet scarf. Has a floral pattern in the center and a sort of stripe and diamond pattern along the edges. Glitter touches to the flowers. Measures about 41" square. No label. Channel your inner Stevie Nicks with this beauty.
