Vintage 1990s Silverplate Monsieur and Madame Napkin Rings

Gorgeous vintage 1990s napkin rings. Very art deco or art nouveau in style with the words Madame on two and monsieur on the other two. Listing is for the set of four. They appear to be silverplate but I have found any markings. They measure about 2" long, 1.5" wide and just under 1.25" deep.

Excellent vintage condition. As mentioned they appear to be silverplate but are unpolished and there is a bit of wax on at least one of them. I have left it as I find these things charming but I'm sure they'd clean up beautifully as well.
