I've been hoarding this for ages. Utterly stunning beaverette hat from sometime late 1800s to early 1900s. Wide brim , tilted shape and style, dripping in large blackish brown ostrich feathers and some perfect peachy pink velvet flowers in the back. I suspect the flowers and possibly the feathers are a later addition, but I'm unsure of this. They work perfectly with it though either way. It is unlined inside and there are no labels. Measures a little over 19" round the inside. The hat itself is a little over 16" in diameter.
Excellent, near mint, vintage condition. This is an extraordinary hat.
Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items. I do my utmost best to list any issues, but signs of wear should be expected, and there are occasionally small things I won't deem worthy of note. Please feel free to send me a missive with any questions. I'm truly happy to help in any way possible and I'm always up for a chat. Any accessories shown, including crinolines, are for display only, not included unless otherwise stated.
