Vintage Edwardian 1900s Child's Bloomers Or Drawers

Charming child's white cotton drawers circa early 1900s. Closed leg and crotch, very pretty crochet lace trim round the leg cuffs. Has holes for a drawstring at the waist, but no ribbon or lacing.  No label.
Excellent vintage condition.  Only a few scattered small faint yellowish smudges and one half-pea sized hole at the hip. See photos. 

Measurements taken laid flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 22"
Hips: loose up to 30"
Waist to Bottom Hem: 8" from hip down outer leg.
