Pretty brooch featuring a faux pearl cabochon set like a cameo in the center of an antiqued silver filigree framePretty and feminine. Has a total height of about 1.25" long and 1" wide. No designer marks.

Excellent vintage condition. No issues worth noting other than the typical patina of age.
