Vintage Mid Century Wheaton Glass Coplin Staining Jar

Vintage Coplin jar in clear glass by Wheaton. These are for storing microscope slides while staining. Would be a very cute little bud vase or for holding other small things, or just for its original purpose too of course! It is missing the lid. Has five slots for slides. I'd say this is circa the 1960s but I'm not sure on that. Stands just shy of 3.5" tall and is just over 2.5" wide at the base.
Excellent vintage condition, nothing worth noting.
