Vintage New Pictorial Encyclopedia of the World Vol One 1954s

Wonderful vintage encyclopedia from the 50s. "The New Pictorial Encyclopedia of the World, Volume One" edited by Franklin Dunham and published by Pictorial Encyclopedia Co. in 1954. Red cover with black and gilt. Full of lovely photos in black and white. This covers A through ARK. It measures about 9" x 6".  Generally its still in good vintage condition. The spine is a bit loose and there are some minor marks on it. The dusty white you see in the photos does appear to have been dust as since the photos were taken I've cleaned that away. The pages have yellowed but are intact and readable.
