Vintage Silver Heart Necklace

Pretty and delicate silver tone heart pendant on a silver chain.  The heart is 3D and appears to be a bell and it rings gently when it moves. So sweet! It is unmarked and doesn't appear to polish up like silver so I'm sure its a metal of some sort. Steel maybe The chain however, appears to be sterling silver. It IS marked but its so tiny its very hard to make out even with my jewelers loop, but its looks like it says 925 Italy.

Excellent, near mint, vintage condition. Nothing to note.
