$ 35.00Gorgeous silver tone metal broach featuring a cameo of a Baroque Era woman, circa 1940s or so. The broach is attached to a hook which is in turn attached to a safety pin. The pin is brass, I believe, painted black, much of the black is worn off, revealing some of the brass underneath. The broach itself could be tin or nickel perhaps, I'm not sure. Its possible it's silver plate because it does seem to polish up, but it's quite light so I doubt it. The hook on the back makes it suitable for a wide variety of uses, a bag pin, shoe, pin, or for a cloak...

Longest strand is about 16". No designer marks that I can spot but research has given me some info on this. The reflective finish was developed by Swarovski for Dior.
