Vintage 1930s Pillow With Embroidered Ballerina

Sweet little pillow in dust-pink embroidered with a ballerina a butterfly and flowers on the front.  Fan shape with lace trim. Probably 1930s or 40s. The listing includes the insert as well, which feels like a cotton or wool. Measures approx. 16" long by 10.5" wide not including the ruffles. Please see condition below as this has some issues.

Poor vintage condition.  I'm afraid this has seen better days and is quite delicate. There are several holes and stains pretty much everywhere though much of the lace trim is still intact and could be repurposed perhaps.  The insert seems fine from what I can, so that could certainly be used.  A clever seamstress ( not me, I'm afraid) or craftsperson could certainly upcycle this into something beautiful, maybe take the insert out and then try soaking this to remove all the foxing and stains, or perhaps repair it enough to use again.  Priced accordingly, why its in my Scratch and dent section,  and as is.
