Vintage 1940s Pink and Gray Nylon Dress

Charming pink and gray on white abstract floral print nylon dress from the 1940s. Deep V neckline and elastic smocking at the waist. No closures, it just slips over the head. Dolman cap sleeves. Medium size, I'd say. Label reads: none. There are loops for a belt. Unlined.

Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting really other than the neckline looks like maybe it was stitched up a bit higher. Would be an easy fix it you want it that way instead of as is. I wouldn't consider it a flaw as I'm really not sure about this. It may have always been like this.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip, and sleeve cuff.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 46" up to about 52"
Waist: 26" up to about 40"
Hips: loose
Shoulder to waist: 15"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 46"
