Vintage 1940s Rayon Navy Blue New Look Dress with Pleated Skirt

Utterly charming Vintage New Look dress from the later 1940s, possibly early 1950s in a rich navy blue color. Looks and feels like rayon. Fit and flare style, with an amazing accordion pleated slit at one side of the skirt and short cuffed sleeves. V neck. Metal zipper on the side. Medium sized I'd say. No label. Unlined.
Excellent vintage condition. I spotted one pin head sized hole in the back o the bodice

Hips: free
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
