Vintage 1960s Dress with Belt, Volup Koret of California

Darling vintage 1960s, possibly early 1970s, nylon dress in winter white with black stitching details. Sleeveless shirtwaist to the waist, and a pleated full skirt. Has a matching belt Label reads: Koret of California. I'd say large to extra large size but do check measurements below.

Excellent to great vintage condition.There are some faint stains and discolorations, you can see photos for an example. The biggest issue though are several small holes in various areas. I've shown a photo of the largest one, its about the size of a pea, but there are other smaller ones too. Priced accordingly and as is.

Measurements taken with dress laid flat. Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 39" at rest up to about 46"
Waist: 34"
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist: 16.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
Belt as is: 28" up to just under 31"
