Vintage 1980's 1990s Black Floral Print Rayon Dress

Utterly charming vintage 1980s 1990s dress with a scattering of flowers on a black background. This just screams 40s which was so common in the 80s and 90s. Short sleeves. Very pretty neckline with lace trimmed Peter Pan collar. Broomstick skirt. Tea length. Label Reads: Fiber Optics. Semi sheer and comes with a black opaque slip underneath. Its a 80's/90's size Medium, but do see measurements. Its larger but meant to be loose fitting. 100% Rayon.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
I took these on the opaque inner lining, the outer dress is a bit looser.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 49"
Waist: 53"
Hips: loose
Shoulder to Waist: free up to 16.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 48"
