Vintage 1980's 1990s Toots Pierre Black Floral Print Dress

Utterly charming 80s/90s dress with a scattering of multicolor flowers on a black background. This just screams 40s which was so common in the 80s and 90s. Short cuffed sleeves.  Very pretty neckline with rounded collar and little loops of fabric detailing. Pleats at the waist  front and back. Tea length. Label Reads: Toots Pierre. Its a 80's/90's size Medium, but do see measurements. Its larger but meant to be loose fitting. 100% Rayon.

Excellent vintage condition. I did spot a couple dime sized holes in the skirt, really unnoticeable amongst the folds. And some pinhead sized ones along the shoulders.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44" this is a dolman sleeve so theres some flexibility here
Waist: 38"
Hips: loose
Shoulder to Waist: free up to 58"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 52.5"
