Vintage 1980's Joni Blair Pink with White Stripes and Polka Dots Dress

Pretty vintage 1980s dress in pretty pink and white stripes with polka dots at the bottom hem. Cute lifted hem at one side of the skirt. Has an elastic waist. Poly rayon blend. Label Reads: Joni Blair and gives a size of 7 but do see the measurements below as vintage sizing differs from modern.

Excellent vintage condition. Just two pea sized yellow marks on the back and about an ic of the elastic in the waist has come unstitched inside but it doesn't seem to be affecting anything.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 36"
Waist: 25" at rest to 33" stretched
Hips: loose
Shoulder to waist: 14"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 40" on the right side, a bit shorter on the left.
