Vintage 1980s Red and White Floral Print and Striped Blouse

Sweet vintage 1980s blouse. Red and taupey gray with a white and black floral print. Has a keyhole back with buttons at the top, and a frilled mockneck collar. Label reads: Russ Petites and gives a size of 8. Looks and feels like polyester.

Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 38"
Waist: 35"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 21"
