Vintage Woven and Embroidered Table Runner

Pretty oatmeal colored rectangular table runner, woven with embroidery that looks like flowers and vines to me. Looks and feels like a loosely woven linen perhaps. I believe this is circa 1970s or possibly 1960s. Measures approx. 15" wide by about 41" long. Has been gently laundered and ironed by yours truly.
Great to good vintage condition. It does have one rather large tan stain. See photo. And there are some breaks in the weave there as though someone tried to scrub it away. Priced accordingly and as is. Still has so much life and love to give though or could be upcycled or repurposed as the rest of it is lovely.
