Vintage 1980s Leslie Fay Petite Secretary Style Dress with Belt

Charming 1980s dress with blue and brown flowers on a winter white background. Has a matching belt and buttons down one side of the skirt. Same buttons at the neckline. Label Reads: LF Petite, Division of Leslie Fay, Inc. It does not give contents but it looks and feels like a nylon or poly type. Unlined, elastic waist.

Near mint vintage condition. No holes, tears or stains.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip. There is some stretch to this.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 43" up to about 48"
Waist: 28" up to about 42" Belt is up to 36" with no holes so you can adjust it perfectly.
Hips: loose up to about 49", will stretch to about 52"
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 45"
