Gorgeous ivory lace over an opaque rayon lining. Short sleeves with a wide bell shaped ruffled cuff, which is echoed at the bottom hem as well. A few snaps up the front and this divine rosette at the throat. I almost kept it for myself and I wouldn't dawdle on this one because I may change my mind. Medium size I'd say, but really flexible for a wide variety of sizes.

Shoulder straps are not adjustable but they are elastic. There is no brand label anymore, but there is a size label and it reads 44 C, 100% cotton, exclusive of decoration, and has a union made stamp.
