Antique 1900s White Cotton Petticoat

Sweet vintage white cotton petticoat circa the early 1900s. High waisted, with pretty pintucks at the bottom and lace trim. No labels.
Good to fair vintage condition. Its still very wearable for sure but does have some issues. There are several small holes, most of them seem to be along the front left area. There are no closures at the waist. Priced accordingly and as is.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: About 26" maybe a bit smaller once a closure is added. This is the same 26" all down that wide waistband area.
Hip: free below the wide band
Waist to bottom hem: 37.5"
