Trinity Anthropologie tunic blouse or dress with pockets, size Small

Beautiful blue gray tunic from Trinity ( Anthropologie). Its size Small but roomy enough I am sure a medium could wear it easily. To me it looks more like a tunic top but I am very tall, so realistically it could potentially be a short dress as well. It has a V neck with pintucks all round, a drawstring at the bottom hem and two hip pockets. Its a very light semi sheer cotton silk blend.
Excellent preowned shape over all, but the dart in back needs a repair, it has pulled away at the bottom few stitches and torn where the stitching was. A few stitches that would hide those completely. See photos. Sold as is and priced accordingly.
