Vintage 1900s Chinese Woven Wicker Sewing Basket

Charming vintage antique Chinese sewing basket circa the early 1900s, maybe 1920s. Woven wicker with a lid that is embellished with orange silk tassels and strings Its about 8.5" in diameter and stands about 3" high. Unmarked.

Excellent to good vintage condition. The basket itself is excellent, just minor signs of life befitting it's age. The embellishments are more worn, with at least a coupe strings broken and wear to the tassels. There were probably more beads etc there originally as well.
