Vintage 1920s Book, "A Little Book of California Missions", by Charles Francis Saunders

Charming vintage / antique book from the 1920s, "A Little Book of California Missions" by Charles Francis Saunders published by Robert M. McBride & Company. It was first published in 1925 and this edition appears to be a first edition, though I cant swear to that. There are wonderful images of the missions scattered throughout as well. Light brown cloth hardbound. A beautiful little book. Measures about 6.5" by 4.5" and is 64 pages.
Excellent to great vintage condition. Typical signs of life and yellowing of pages. The pages have come apart from one another in the very center but are still firmly attached to the spine. There is a name and some scribbles of two previous owners in the front.
