Vintage 1930s Black and White Studio Men's Portrait Photograph

Gorgeous vintage portrait photograph of a dapper 1930s man. Framed in a silver metal frame. The frame does not seem to be quite as old as the photo, but still many decades old, possibly 1970s or so. Photo is signed Churchill, 1933. The entire thing measures about 10.25" tall by 8.25" The frame has a cardboard backing with a hook for hanging or stand for tabletop display.
Excellent vintage condition. The photo inside the glass looks nearly perfect save for some tiny white marks at the edges. The frame shows minor scuffs and marks, and the backing shows definite signs of life and age including what appears to be tape residue.
