Vintage 1940s 1950s Blue Straw Hat with Grosgrain Ribbon Trim

Fantastic midnight blue straw hat circa the 1940s or 1950s. Grosgrain ribbon bow in back and a touch of birdcage veiling. Has a cap shape to cup the back of the head. Label reads: no designer label but there is a Millinery Stabilization Commission ( union) label. Measures 21" round the inside but probably one size fits most as its meant to cup the skull and perch atop it. Diameter is 11.5" across.

Excellent vintage condition. Has some mild beige marks inside the grosgrain inner liner, makeup perhaps. And it does seem like there should have been more veiling at some point but its hard to tell as whats there is in decent shape.
