Vintage 1940s 1950s Volup Barba Dee Navy Blue and White Polka Dots Dress

Utterly charming vintage dress from the later 1940s, possibly 1950s in a fun blue and white polka dot print. Looks and feels like nylon. Has matching belt and one side pocket. Metal zipper down the front. Label reads: Barba Dee. Unlined. Volup size for sure, do see measurements below.
Excellent vintage condition. I spotted a pin hole under one arm and a very well done one inch repair near the bottom hem.
Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip
Armpit to armpit across bust: 46"at rest to 57" pulled taut
Waist: 38" to 41"
Belt holes: 32.5" to 36"
Hips: free
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 45"
