Vintage 1950s 1960s Carol Brown Blue and White Houndstooth Shorts

Darling vintage shorts from the 1950s or 1960s in a pretty blue and white houndstooth check. There is a metal zipper and one button on the side. High waisted. Label reads: Carol Brown. Looks and feels like a cotton twill or similar with a bit of stretch.

Excellent, near mint, vintage condition. I can't find a thing to note.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 31"
Hip: 44"
Waist to bottom of crotch in front: 14"
Waist to bottom hem: 15"
