Vintage 1950s 1960s Hollywood Costume Pants Yellow Oriental Wide Legged

Regular price $ 29.00
This comes from an enormous collection of Old Hollywood Movie Costumes I was lucky enough to stumble across. More about those later after the measurements so please read on...
Oriental style trousers in yellow. Pretty watercolor floral silk trim at the pant leg bottoms. The rest feels like a rayon acetate. Elastic waist. My best guess as to age of this is 50s or 60s.   There is a label inside that reads: Teresa, and under that a second that says Ruth and below that what I think says Debby.  Obviously name tags of the actresses who wore these.
Excellent vintage condition. Good vintage condition. These are certainly very wearable till but they do have some flaws to mention. The worst issues are some tears across he pants leg above the trim near the bottom. One could simply cut those away and move the trim up a bit and that would take care of that. Otherwise, some minor snags in the material is about it.   Please note that all items in this Costume section may have minor other flaws ( or example; missing snaps, small areas of loose seams, pinholes, etc..)  that I have not listed as its just not possible to find and or list every minor thing as these have lived quite a life! Priced accordingly, As Is and Final Sale.
Measurements taken lying flat. Doubled at waist, and hip.
Waist: Elastic from 29" to 34"
Hip: 44'
Hip to bottom hem: 34"
PLEASE READ: I acquired an absolutely enormous collection of Hollywood movie costumes. Ranging across the board from Paramount, Universal, Unified Costumers and more. The last known film much of the items were used in was Lawrence of Arabia but we have no way of knowing which ones and there are others from other films. Most likely they were used on extras or smaller roles, I have not come across anything I can pinpoint to a major name from that film.  Many of these were made much earlier, and I have found dates written on tags within from as early as the 1940s, though I believe some are even earlier.  I have given as much information as I can about each item in the listing. Much has been lost to time however.  That said, these are an extraordinary piece of movie history and I'm honored to be a part of it all.
Please note: These are vintage, preworn and/or preloved items. I do my best to list any issues, but signs of wear should be expected. Please feel free to convo me with any questions. I'm truly happy to help in any way possible and I'm always up for a chat. Any accessories shown, including crinolines, are for display only, not included unless otherwise stated.
