Vintage 1950s Fit And Flare Paisley Print Dress with Box Pleats

Lovely  dress from the 1950s in a black paisley print on a silvery gray. Elbow length cuffed dolman sleeves, scoop neckline front and back.  Box pleated, full skirt. Metal zipper up the side. No label. Small size, I'd say. Looks and feels like a heavier weight twill or faille. Has the slightest hint of shine so perhaps a blend.

Excellent vintage condition. I haven't seen anything worth mentioning.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"  this is a dolman so theres some play here
Waist: 27"
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist: 14"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 41"
