Vintage 1950s Hat, Frances & Walter Nelkin Green Velvet and Straw Pillbox with Veil

Charming vintage straw hat circa the 1950s. Woven straw with green velvet band thats embroidered with red and gold and embellished with little woven straw floral shapes. Has a green birdcage veil with velvet ribbon ties. Label reads: Frances & Walter Nelkin. Measures 20.5" inside round the grosgrain ribbon
Excellent vintage condition. The hat itself is near mint. No issues worth noting. The veiling though is fairly torn and has come even further away since these photos were taken. It would be easy to remove and/or replace.
