Vintage 1950s House of Shroyers Red and Black Floral Print Dress with Belt

Charming vintage dress from the 1950s in a red and black abstract floral print. Shirtwaist style with a very drop waist and matching belt. Darling black velvet bow at the throat and pleats from about mid thigh. Label reads: House of Shroyer. Unlined. Looks and feels like a silk blend perhaps. Large size, I'd say but do see measurements below.
Excellent vintage condition. The only thing worth noting is the bottom hem has come undone. I've left it so you can hem itn where you prefer.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip
Armpit to armpit across bust: 42"
Waist: 31"
Belt: holes are 30" to 32"
Hips: 42'
Shoulder to waist: 14.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 45" with hem down.
