Vintage 1940s 1950s Polkadot Dress With Belt

From my personal collection comes this little Polkadot dress in navy blue with white polkadots. Early 50s, maybe late 40s. Nylon, scooped neck, pleated waist in the front, little cap sleeves in a slightly dolman shape. Matching belt. There's a metal zipper on the side. Size is in the larger medium range I'd say. Labels says: "Casualmaker by Sy Frankl"

Excellent vintage condition. No issues to note.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44" This is a dolman style so measurement here is within an inch or so.
Waist: 31"
Hips: loose
Shoulder to waist: 15.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
