Vintage 1950s Red Criterion Class Sweater

Toadstool Farm Vintage

Fantastic vintage cardigan from the 50s, possibly older. 100% virgin wool and so well preserved you can still smell the cedar from how it was stored. Red, long sleeves with turned up cuffs, buttons down the front, V neck, two hip pockets. This is a man's sweater, I believe but narrow enough it would look amazing on a woman. Label Reads: Criterion Class Sweater, Sherman Oaks, L.A. CA. This is a special find!

Excellent, near mint vintage condition. A couple of extremely faint dark smudges, very small and very hard to see, like pea sized or smaller.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist . Note: this is a knit so measurements have some give to them.
Shoulder to shoulder: 18"
Armpit to armpit across bust: 42"
Waist: 42"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 27"
