Collectible shaving brush from about the 1950s. Natural hair bristles ( perhaps boars hair?), set in a bakelite/celluloid base. The whole thing is 3.25" long, and the bristles alone are 1.25" long. No makers mark. Please see condition as this does have some issues.

Good vintage condition. Clearly there is quite an unfortunate chip in the base. And some cracks. It does still stand up well and the bristles don't seem to be falling out from these. Some of the bristles look like they've been cut towards the center of the brush, and there is a vague pinkish red color to the tips. I suspect someone used this for makeup application. Altogether its still very useable and has a lot of vintage charm but its for sure not pristine. Priced accordingly, As Is.

Please note: This is a vintage, preworn and/or preloved item, and as such is one of a kind and not eligible for returns or refunds. I do my utmost best to list any issues, but signs of wear should be expected, and there are occasionally small things I won't deem worthy of note. Please feel free to send me a missive with any questions. I'm truly happy to help in any way possible and I'm always up for a chat.
