Vintage 1950s Westinghouse Cook Book by Betty Furness

Wonderful vintage cookbook from the 1950s. "The Betty Furness Westinghouse Cook Book" prepared under the direction of Julia Kiene and published by Simon and Schuster in 1954. Inside I found a piece of old note paper, I have left it to add to your ephemera collection or discard should you wish. The book measures about 8.25" x 5.25". Generally its still in good vintage condition. There are your standard dings and marks to the cover that are common with older books The actual recipe pages seem to be still very much intact though slightly yellowed with age. This is a charming addition to any cook's library! Please note this book is heavy and will be shipping in a flat rate padded envelope. Shipping reflects this.
