Vintage 1960s 1970s Nelly Don Dress with Belt and Dagger Collar

Charming vintage dress circa the latest 1960s or early 1970s. Robin's egg blue with a white scroll pattern interspersed with pink and white diamonds shapes. Has a pointy dagger collared neckline and long sleeves. Matching belt. Label reads: Nelly Don. Volup size without the belt, but do see measurements below as the belt is more of a large. Looks and feels like a poly. Unlined. Buttons up the bodice, elastic waist.

Excellent vintage condition. A few pinhead sized faint smudges on the back, see photos.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44"
Waist: 23" at rest up to about 35" pulled taut
Belt: 27.5" to 30.5"
Hips: free
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 39"
