Vintage 1960s Black Satin Brocade Gown

Amazing vintage dress from the early 1960s. Utterly gorgeous black satin brocade with a floral pattern and a striking portrait neckline on a bullet bra bodice. Full length wiggle style gown. Label says: none, but fabric selvedge says Hong Kong. I'd say medium to smaller large size but do see measurements below. Zipper up the back. Fully lined. Very special dress.

Excellent, near mint, vintage condition. The only thing to note is the bottom hem is undone. I've left it so you can re-hem it at the tight length for you, or you can leave it as its finished as is. See photo.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip
Armpit to armpit across bust: 39.5"
Waist: 29.5"
Hips: 51"
Shoulder to natural waist: 15"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 59" as is. the previous hem was at about 56"
